TOPICS KCPMC does not support illegal street racing of any kind. Topics concerning events or information regarding illegal street racing may be removed at the staff's discretion without explanation.
When starting a topic, please keep it relevant to the category you are posting in. For example, don't post Grand Am information in the Grand Prix topics. Or vice versa. We have three clubs utilizing this forum, lets try and keep everything straight and in order with the posts so everyone can find what they need in reference to a particular car and or club.
FLAMING Flaming will not be tolerated in any shape or form. We keep a clean friendly forum, lets keep it that way.
If you are not here to add value, don't come in. Don't get on here if you intend to insult people or bash other members. We won't tolerate it. There are many people on here who are here to make a positive contribution, and bashing them is a quick way to get banned. Best thing to do is simple - come here, and make friends and add value to this forum.
POSTING IMAGES You are encouraged to post picture whenever you like. We love to see your photos, but please try to keep image sizes at or below 800x600. Images larger than 800x600 will be edited to reduce their size or removed. If you have an image that you absolutely feel is necessary to view at a higher resolution, then please post only a URL link to the picture or a clickable thumbnail image.
Images in your signature are to be no more than 200 pixels tall and no wider than 600 pixels wide. If you have multiple images in your signature, then their combined sizes are not to exceed the specified limit. Signatures found to be larger than the specified limit may be removed by the staff. If your signature image is removed for any reason, we will post in your signature the reason for removal.
ADULT MATERIAL Any topic that is posted that includes adult material must have "NWS" in the topic header. This helps those who browse the forums from work, from getting in trouble and respects those who do not wish to indulge in adult material.
Child pornography will NOT be tolerated in any way, shape or form. Posting of child pornography will result in your immediate removal from this forum indefinitely.
COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING The For Sale and Want Ads are for "Personal" items only. Commercial advertising of items, specials etc are not allowed. If you are a business or want to advertise your business, please contact a forum administrator before posting. If you would like to be placed in the vendor section of the boards, please contact one of the staff members and we will review your request and place your information in the Vendor topics for you.
Posts of an unapproved commercial nature will be deleted upon the administrator/moderators discretion. Basically, this is a free board, if you are a business that wishes to make money on our hard work in running this club(s), then we want a cut for providing your free advertisement.
This includes conducting business matters on the forum. We are not trying to be mean or single out anyone with this simple rule. Word of mouth or good experiences posted here will get vendors far.
Events by businesses or vendors cannot and will not be allowed to do so under KCPMC. We do not endorse any particular vendor, and do not wish to engage in vendor wars that involve KCPMC as a club. If you wish to hold an event (at your business) for the club members, please be aware that it will need to be done under your business, not KCPMC.
We do however have a vendor link category, and will gladly put a link to your business there. Contact one of the staff if you would like to add yours to the list.
Vendor fighting will not be tolerated on this board.
ADMIN DISCRETION The staff of this forum reserve the right to ban, revoke access to, and ban IP's, user names or email addresses for any reason they deem necessary without explanation. The staff may also move, edit or delete any topics that we deem necessary.
ACCOUNT DELETION The administrators, in and effort to keep the member registry up to date, will periodically delete member accounts for lack of activity. At the current time we will be using 180 days as the benchmark. This is an interactive forum and we want everyone to participate.
